    future bonus room and bathroom This basement, was completely unfinished. It only had cinder blocks for the walls, and a concrete floor. The bathroom was roughed in. We added a hallway, full bath, bonus room with closet, large family room, and a 5th bedroom. My husband uses the bonus room for his office and I use the 5th bedroom for my real estate and staging area. I created an extra deep closet to hold my staging furniture and supplies.
