Living Room
Couch: $300-500, check out Gently Used Items on Craigslist, FB, or Bookoo
Curtains and Curtain Rod: I spend $10 per curtain panel x 4 panels = $40, and about $15 per rod x 2 = $30 Total: $70. Buy at Wal-Mart.
Rug: up to $50 Used up to $150 New, at Wal-Mart, Target, or Bargain Hunt
Entertainment Center: Under $100 if DIY pieces from Goodwill, or $300 if New
TV Wall Mount: up to $50-100 at Wal-Mart or Amazon.
Gallery Wall with DIY Décor and Art Pieces: for everything $200, Get DIY items from Dollar Tree or New Items from Hobby Lobby, Target, Wal-Mart, or Amazon.
Floating Shelves for Knick Knacks: I spend $20 at Lowes or Ikea, for each floating shelf x 4 shelves = $80
Total Living Room Budget: $850 – $1,400

Dining Room
Table and Chairs: $100, check out Gently Used Items at Goodwill, Craigslist, FB, or Bookoo. $500 is the Max for a New Set.
(6) Tablecloth, Linens, Dishes, Silverware: $10 per person $60 Total. buy at Dollar Tree, Ross, Home Goods, or Wal-Mart

Bed and Bedding: Metal bed frame for $150. Queen or King Bedding New (includes throw pillow and a throw): $250 avg.
Nightstand and Lights: $75 each for nightstands = $150, $50 each for lamp and shade = $100 Total: $250
Dresser or Storage Containers: Find a dresser at a Thrift store up to $100 or Used online $250 Max.

Office
Desk: Make your own from doors and bookshelves. I paid $5 for one door at our Restore. Then I paid I bought (2 ) L Brackets that cost about $10 each. You can also use small bookshelves instead of L brackets for added storage. $20 each x 2 = $40. Total: $25-45.
Command Center with White Board, Cork, or Magnetic Board: You can make your own Magnetic Board out of cookie sheets from Dollar Tree. Also Thrift stores, like Goodwill always have used cork boards and white boards, (they just need to be cleaned up a little). Or you can find fabric covered boards at Goodwill instead of buying a cork board. I recover the fabric boards with new and clean fabric and ribbon to get the custom look that I want. Total: $4 for (4) cookie sheets. $5 each for whiteboard or fabric board x 2 = $10. Total: $14
Chair: Can be purchased used and reupholstered for under $100, or New for $250
Computer and Printer: No Price here since it depends on preference and these are not décor items.
