Hi, I’m Cherilynn aka Cheril!

I’ve lived in Clarksville TN since May 2010. We have 4 children and 2 dogs. I grew up in California and lived in Utah for 4 years and Clarksville ever since my husband joined the Army.

Real Estate has always been in my life and family. Both my Father and Step-Father built shops, garages, and added mother-in-law suites, or apartments to our properties.

In 2001, my husband and I bought our 1st home and we had the real estate itch. In the past 19 years, we have bought, fixed up, rented out, and sold 30 of our own properties in 5 states. Some of the homes were our primary residence, other were rental homes. We had to learn along the way on how to become a realtor, landlord, and handywoman.

My background is in Marketing, Business, and Accounting, so it made sense that I also get my Realtors license. I know what it’s like to be a 1st time home buyer, an experienced homebuyer, seller, landlord, handywoman, and a real estate investor. I’ve had my license in 3 states and have been a realtor for 6 years.

I come with a lot of knowledge regarding financing, contracts, negotiating, new homes, foreclosures, and fixer-uppers. I have SOLD several of our homes and my Client’s Homes for Top Dollar or Asking Price, with multiple offers in under 30 days. I have a simple formula that works.

I am a self-taught stager, designer, and decorator. I grew up with parents who were constantly remodeling and decorating their homes. I am an HGTV junkie and I have incorporated everything I’ve learned into my homes and my Seller’s homes.
